We have published our Social Value Report for April 2024 to March 2026, showcasing Provide Community’s continued commitment to creating meaningful impact beyond health and social care delivery.

As an employee-owned, Community Interest Company, social value is at the heart of everything we do. Our Social Value Report April 2024 to March 2026 highlights how, alongside partners, we have delivered £16.6 million in social value across our lead provider contracts, while also reinvesting £1.4million into communities through charitable giving and community benefit programmes, alongside workforce development, volunteering and sustainability initiatives.

The report also brings to life the stories behind the data, demonstrating how colleagues are contributing to stronger, healthier and more resilient communities, whether through apprenticeships and career development, supporting local charities, or delivering innovative approaches to care.

Mark Heasman, Provide Community Group Chief Executive, said: “As an employee-owned organisation, I am immensely proud of the culture we continue to build together. With more than 1,600 colleagues shaping our direction and contributing to key decisions, Provide Community is defined by shared ownership, collective responsibility and a deep commitment to making a difference.

“As a result, we transform lives not only through high-quality health and care provision, but through the wider social value we create across the UK. We are proud to contribute to national priorities including tackling health inequalities, supporting local economies and reducing environmental impact.”
