We have published our Quality Account 2025-2026, showcasing Provide Community’s commitment to delivering safe, effective and high-quality care while making a positive difference to the communities it serves.
The annual report provides a transparent overview of quality performance and highlights the progress made over the past year across patient care, clinical quality, workforce development, innovation and social value. It demonstrates how colleagues across the organisation have continued to improve services, enhance patient experience and deliver better outcomes for local people.
Highlights from the report include improvements in quality and safety, investment in workforce development and education, support for innovation and digital transformation, and continued work to reduce inequalities and create social value.
The Quality Account also celebrates the dedication and professionalism of colleagues across the organisation whose work underpins the achievements outlined in the report.
