Provide are offering the facility to register for SystmOnline at one of our receptions. SystmOnline is a free of charge online service which allows patients to proactively manage their care and enable them to view their own Electronic Medical Record (EMR), as well as booking appointments and managing medication.
If you would like to register for this service, we can help you do this at the following venues during the days and times outlined below:
- Therapies Department Reception, Braintree Community Hospital, Braintree every Monday between the hours of 10am to 12pm and 2pm to 4pm.
- Therapies Department Reception, St Peters Hospital, Maldon every Thursday between the hours of 10am to 12pm and 2pm to 4pm.
- Main Reception, Springfield Green Clinic, Chelmsford every Friday between the hours of 10.00am to 12pm and 2pm to 4pm.
