Provide’s Carecall 247 is proud to announce that it is a finalist in this year’s ITEC (International Technology Enabled Care) Awards.

The ITEC Awards were created to celebrate the positive impact technology enabled care services has on lives across the UK. The awards highlight organisations that have adopted innovation and integration to deliver technology that significantly benefits users, carers and communities. This prestigious award recognises excellence in the TEC sector.

The partnership between Essex County Council, Coton Consultancy, Millbrook and Provide’s Carecall 247 has been shortlisted for the ‘Transformation Award’. This award celebrates services that have planned and implemented major transformation across their organisation. As the Essex TEC consortium, the service was able to demonstrate how their work has impacted the wider network and accelerated the uptake of TEC.

Kerry Hooper, Assistant Director Transformation and Support at Home, said, “It is a real honour to have been shortlisted for the Transformation Award. It just goes to show that collaborative partnerships that work hard together with a shared goal can achieve great change.

“It has been a challenge for us all, but we can really see how our work is going to make a massive, positive difference to the citizens of Essex, who access and benefit from the Essex Technology Enabled Care service.”

The awards will be held at the prestigious Gala Dinner at this year’s ITEC conference on the evening of 28th March 2022 at the ICC Birmingham. Representatives from across the Essex TEC partnership will be attending.
Everyone across the Provide Community network will be wishing them the best of luck for the night.
