We are pleased to announce the expansion of our Provide Carecall247 Monitoring and Response Service into South Suffolk, offering greater reassurance, safety and fast support for people who wish to remain independent in their own homes. 

 Provide Carecall247, Provide Community’s trusted 24/7 personal alarm monitoring and urgent response service, has been supporting residents across Essex for many years. This latest expansion means residents across South Suffolk can now benefit from a comprehensive monitoring and in-person urgent response package, including a guaranteed response time of 45 minutes for non-injury emergencies and welfare concerns. 

 The Monitoring and Response Service is now available across:

  • Lavenham 
  • Semer 
  • Claydon 
  • Ipswich 
  • Woodbridge 
  • Waldringfield 
  • Trimley St Mary 
  • Hadleigh, Suffolk 
  • Wattiwsham

  •  24/7 emergency alarm monitoring from a dedicated control centre in Colchester, Essex, operating every day of the year 
  • Personal alarm equipment, including digital home units with pendants and GPS-enabled mobile alarms that work inside and outside the home 
  • In-person response within 45 minutes for non-injury falls, welfare checks and urgent situations (for eligible residents in Essex and South Suffolk) 
  • Optional extras, such as automatic fall detectors, key safes, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, and additional safety sensors 

 The service is suitable for:
