Mid and South Essex Recovery College is pleased to share its latest programme of free mental health and wellbeing courses running across Mid and South Essex throughout January and February.
These inclusive sessions offer a safe and supportive space to learn new skills, build confidence, and connect with others as part of a recovery journey. All courses are co-produced and designed to support mental health, wellbeing, and personal growth.
What’s on offer?
A wide range of online, in-person and bite-size sessions, including:
Mindfulness – develop calm and grounding techniques
- Living Well with Anxiety – practical tools to manage anxiety
- Five Ways to Wellbeing – simple actions to support mental health
- Anger Management – understanding emotions and coping strategies
- Bereavement & Loss – a supportive space to explore grief
- Neurodiversity: Celebrating Difference – building understanding and inclusion
- Effective Communication & Boundary Setting – strengthen relationships
- Journalling & Vision Boards – creative approaches to wellbeing
