On Friday 1 August 2025, winding-up orders were made against Nottingham Rehab Limited (trading as NRS Healthcare) and NRS Healthcare Limited. The court appointed the Official Receiver as liquidator, with a team from PwC acting as Special Managers.
From Monday 22 September 2025, Provide Community Equipment – part of Provide Care Solutions Ltd, which is part of Provide Community, an employee-owned community interest company, has begun delivering community equipment services in the following areas:
- London Borough of Barnet
- London Borough of Brent
- London Borough of Camden
- London Borough of Hackney
- London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham
- London Borough of Haringey
- London Borough of Harrow
- London Borough of Islington
We are working closely with local authorities, the NHS, and care professionals to make sure people continue to receive the essential equipment they need to stay safe and independent at home. This includes hospital beds, hoists, daily living aids and other vital equipment.
At present, our priority is to maintain critical and urgent services, including:
- delivery of equipment to support safe hospital discharge
- repair or replacement of essential equipment already in use
We are also in the process of transferring experienced staff, training teams, and setting up local operations to restore a full, reliable service as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience during this transition.
