Hosted by the Employee Ownership Association (EOA) and sponsored by Baxendale Employee Ownership, specialist advisors supporting businesses through every stage of employee ownership, the awards shine a spotlight on the very best in employee-led success stories.
The ‘Employee Owned Business of the Year’ category recognises well-established employee-owned organisations that can demonstrate how their approach to employee ownership drives impact, innovation, performance, and sustainability for all stakeholders.

The winners will be announced on Tuesday 25 November at the Telford International Centre, as part of the Employee Ownership Association Annual Conference.
