Do you want to feel more involved in your community, meet new people or make some changes to improve your health and wellbeing?

The Essex Lifestyle Service from Provide is delighted to announce the re-launch of a drop-in advice and signposting session using Connect Well on Tuesday mornings at Maldon District Council from 9-11am starting 6th June 2017.

Connect Well is an easy way to access a wide variety of support and services in the districts of Braintree, Maldon and Chelmsford including:

• Volunteering
• Befriending and social activities
• Support and self-help groups
• Physical activities
• Managing your money
• Community transport

At these sessions, you can receive free advice on living healthier lifestyles, be referred to groups and activities that may be of interest or use to you and find out more about what is happening in your area.

You do not need an appointment for this session – just turn up at the Maldon District Council offices between 9-11am on Tuesdays from 6th June and ask to speak to Darragh from the Essex Lifestyle Service at Provide.
