Provide Community has been shortlisted in four categories in the 2024 Business Culture Awards:

- Building a Culture of Innovation Initiative for subsidiary company, Provide Digital
- Best Wellbeing Initiative for Business Culture (under 1.5k employees)
- Best NGO/Non-Profit Organisation for Business Culture
Established in 2016, the Business Culture Awards have become a standard for companies to recognise and celebrate the progressive initiatives that empower their employees to thrive in the workplace.
Mark Heasman, Group Chief Executive at Provide Community said: “We are incredibly proud to be shortlisted for four Business Culture Awards this year. This achievement is a testament to the hard work, passion, and dedication of all our colleagues, who embody our values every day and create a positive, inclusive and forward-thinking workplace.
“At Provide Community and across all of our subsidiary companies, we believe that our people are our greatest asset, and we are committed to nurturing a culture that drives purpose, innovation, and wellbeing.
“We reached a milestone achievement for the 2023-2024 financial year, having donated over £851,000 to community groups and charities chosen by our colleagues in Essex and other parts of the UK where our services are delivered. This is one example of our commitment to transforming lives and supporting vital causes within the community which in turn fosters a positive and inclusive workplace culture, worthy of recognition.”
In 2023, Provide Community won the Business Culture award for Building a Culture of Innovation Initiative, as well as being finalists in two other categories. Mark Heasman was honoured to be a speaker at the last Business Culture Connect conference, having scooped the Business Culture Leadership Award in 2021.
This year’s Business Culture Awards winners will be announced at an awards ceremony, compered by comedian, host and comedy writer Jo Caulfield at the DeVere Grand Connaught Rooms in London on Wednesday 13 November 2024.
