We are delighted to announce that our Group Chief Executive Officer Mark Heasman has been shortlisted for the Leadership Award in the 2023 UK Company Culture Awards.
The UK Company Culture Awards recognise and celebrate companies who share values, care and nurture their workforce, offer career development, reward good work and create a workplace environment that is beyond just an office space.
Previous shortlisted companies include NOVOS, Travis Perkins, Urban Splash and Murphy Group.
The Leadership Award recognises leaders of organisations that encourage a ‘people-first’ approach to the business culture and actively support the personal development of their workforce.
The winners of the 2023 UK Company Culture Awards will be announced at an awards ceremony in London on 4 May 2023.
